Laura de Guia VillalobosMrs. Villalobos received her training at the Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles, California. She has twice been a finalist in the prestigious Los Angeles Spotlight Music Awards, part of a group of ten chosen from across the state of California.

From there, Laura has gone on to perform with various companies across the United States, such as Nevada Ballet Theater, Ballet Oklahoma, Ballet Theatre of Maryland and the Dallas Opera. She has performed principal roles in numerous ballets, including Balanchine’s Serenade, Stars and Stripes, Concerto Barocco, and Who Cares?, Agnes de Mille’s Rodeo, Arturo Fernadez’s Dracula, as well as in classical ballets such as Grand Pas Classique, Raymonda, Spring Waters, Cinderella, Coppelia, and The Nutcracker.

In 2001, Laura and her husband, Joseph Villalobos, were invited to compete in the Fourth International Ballet and Modern Competition in Nagoya, Japan. Laura joined Kentucky Ballet Theatre in 2007.
