Lydia Hicks

Lydia was born in Lexington, Kentucky and began ballet classes at age 4. In 2022, she joined Kentucky Ballet Theatre Academy under Rafaela Risco, where her pre-professional training began. While training with the Academy, Lydia performed experts of Artemis from Awakening of Flora and Mercedes from Don Quixote. She also enjoyed corps de ballet roles including Snow and Flowers in Nutcracker under Kentucky Ballet Theatre’s artistic director, Norbe Risco. This is Lydia’s second season with Kentucky Ballet Theatre.
