Christmas without The Nutcracker?
It is the most famous ballet of all time.
And it’s as much a part of the holiday tradition as kids, toys, and visions of sugar plums.
Kentucky Ballet Theatre returns to the Lexington Opera House to present The Nutcracker during two big weekends in December.
Evening performances at 8 p.m. on Saturday, December 14, and Saturday, December 21.
Matinees at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 14; Sunday, December 15; Saturday, December 21; and Sunday, December 22.
We supply the music, the tree, the snow, the mice, and the magic.
You supply the wonder.
It’s Christmas. It’s Nutcracker.
Sugar Plum Tea
Children age 2 through 12: you might like to join our dancers for a Sugar Plum Tea after a Saturday matinee. The cost is only $10 per child (your parents get in free). Have Mom or Dad bring a camera—they might like to take a picture of you with our dancers.
Are season tickets on sale yet?
